A happy feeling for welcoming spring, or a joy of festival. That's the theme for this dish. It's actually simple dish for using clams to be main ingredients, cooked in asian sauce and plating beautifully. Or least it's inspired the wide version of rice bowl dish, which in here I imagine as a castle inviting anyone to come, to joy celebration, maybe, a party to welcome the spring god back and giving colorful bless to the world.

Abroad far for that, it’s all my
delicious invitation
You have to make your own
costumes
Bring that, wear that, just do
it!
Let’s get the party started in
every season
We all the flower inside the
inevitable castle
See the light and turn over the
night moon
We disliked the shadow, and don’t
mess all the spooky thing
But we encourage someone’s heart
and fulfilled it love
So, cheer up! And make your
wishes to be blessed!
