Bukan berniat promosi *begitu kata setengah hati saya..setengah..lol*
Berawal saat berbelanja di supermarket beberapa hari yang lalu, tatapan mata saya tertuju pada keberadaan dua kotak glossy di rak pasta dengan gambar yang sangat menggoda bagi perut penggemar pasta, spaghetti seperti...perut saya ini... Setelah didekati ternyata masih dalam masa promosi toh. Wah girang...banget! Gimana enggak hanya bayar sepuluh ribu rupiah saja dapat 2+1 kotak udah dibendel jadi satu. *pas juga kalau kantong lagi cekak di akhir bulan hihihi... Soal brand-nya sendiri kurang familiar di telinga, saya lebih terbiasa membeli La~ satunya lagi yang berwarna kebiruan itu. Tapi tak apalah bukankah itu gunanya promosi? Secara saya sendiri jarang -sebisanya ya jangan- untuk nge-pasta instan walau praktis nggak perlu ribet menggiling, merebus, potong sayur sana sini atau belepotan saus. Berhubung rasa penasaran -dan begini nih kalau ke supermarket pas perut kosong, bawaan comot sana sini- dan feeling bagus, beli deh.

Promoting? I have no intention, perhaps a little. It's happened when I goes shopping in the supermarket few days ago. Soon to lured to the existence of those two glossy box in pasta's rack *I bet they are shining that moment.. lol* It's pasta, instant spaghetti for sure and a good news for pasta lovers...like me! even though I rarely eat instant pasta, using dry pasta is fine but we all know the enjoyments comes when we can add anything and let our pasta being so flavorful as much as we wants with fresh homemade sauce. As soon as being approached, it's a new product and still in promo period. That's why they are already bundled in 3 in 1 but the buyer only charged for two. It's only ten thousand rupiah or $1 for total amount. How cheap, isn't it? Well, that's how the promotion goes, right? To introduce and seeking the attention, low price is absolutely a most succeeded  factor. Just in case, where I always forgot to remind myself,  it's a better way to not goes shopping while hungry or soon ended to paid more than your expectation. For letting out these hand picks anything in the sake of stomach. Back at home and started to cook it.


























Sesampainya di rumah langsung coba. Yang pake keju.
Oiya, ada 2 rasa yang ditawarkan. "Hot & Spicy Sauce" dengan dominan warna merah dan "Cheese Bolognese Sauce" dengan dominan warna orange untuk kemasannya. Gambar depannya terbilang sungguh menggoda. Served spaghetti in cast iron skillet lengkap dengan irisan tomat dan fresh basil, olive etc, sebotol olive oil di belakang disertai keranjang buah tomat/chili di paling belakang. Sedang gambar belakang tertera panduan dengan ilustrasi sederhana. Kemasan yang glossy membuatnya terasa mewah itupun masih dipercantik semacam corak batik. Hmm apalagi? Sebetulnya salah satu alasan saya jarang nge-pasta instan karena rasa yang ditawarkan tidak bisa senikmat yang kita mau dan terkadang mencium bau obat, tapi ada dua hal yang menambah rasa penasaran saya, kata 'Royale' yang bisa saya artikan kualitas premium. Pasti rasanya oke dong. Keyakinan itu juga diperkuat dengan tulisan 'ready in just four minutes' persisnya ditaruh dekat gambar hingga terbaca jelas oleh siapapun. Hmm layak coba? ...Let's see!

So there are two flavors to amusing the 'instant' taste. While "Hot & Spicy Sauce" is packaged in red-colored box , in the other hand, which one that I cooked, is, "Cheese Bolognese Sauce" is dominant in orange-colored box. Do they tasty good? I am actually tempted just looking the picture in the package but let's see! I got three sachets inside, a bunch of dry spaghetti, sauce and cheese powder. So it's easy. Really easy to made. Boil the water and put inside the dry spaghetti. In curious way, I do add one more minute to cook it and the result is in satisfaction. Definitely al-dente and I can see the pasta is a good quality. It has smoothness but still chewy in the slimming looks. It really develop your mood. Drain it. Rinse in a second with cold water if you want then drain again and serve in the plate with combine all sauce. Just in case, I put later the cheese powder and thought it's not tasty enough, so I added more Parmesan cheese -and fresh-cutted basil- in the end. As I want since cheese always makes me cheers. Oh, yum!












Seperti pada gambar diatas.
Ada masing-masing satu sachet berisi bumbu, bubuk keju, dan spaghetti siap rebus yang di luar dugaan cukup banyak dari perkiraan. Panjangnya separuh dari panjang spaghetti normal. Nah, langsung masuk setelah air sudah mendidih. Meski tertera empat menit, saya putuskan lima menit *bandel ya saya, ah beda di suhu aja kok* ternyata masih al-dente. Pas. Tiriskan. Guyur air dingin sesaat. Tiriskan lagi. Lalu tuang di piring yang telah disiapkan. Sekarang bumbunya. Setelah dibuka, warna cerah khas saus bolognese terlihat disertai gumpalan kecil yang ternyata potongan (chunks) daging kering tapi masih bisa dirasakan empuk saat digigit. Aduk rata. Untuk bubuk kejunya baru saya tuang setelahnya. Tapi terasa kurang nendang jadi mungkin tidak masalah bahkan lebih baik kalau dicampur bersamaan dengan bumbu saus. Alhasil cepat-cepat saya menambahkan lagi lebih banyak keju parmesan dan potongan fresh basil diatasnya -menghitung waktu difoto juga-

The interesting part, the Bolognese sauce is containing chunks of dry beef, which I was afraid it ruins the taste cause you know how dry and less flavors they could be, but after few bites, it wasn't a problem. I can feel a little chewy inside. The portion is also much more enough than I've expected. I guess I understand why it wrote as 'Royale' in the front cover. Nice, easy handled, tasty. At least, a great choice for anyone who hardly wanting a simply pasta in easier way.With of course, not to instant your enthusiasm but longer the flavors you could get...









So, here's the finishing looks. 
Mengenyangkan kok dari segi porsi. Tekstur pastanya yang paling terasa, kenyal lembut slurrp *emang mie?* menggoda gitu deh. Rasa sudah terbilang enak menurut saya bahkan tanpa tambahan apa-apa. Nagih nih malahan...hahaha tak masalah menambahkan bahan lain tanpa merasa kuatir tidak menyatu dengan catatan tergantung bahan yang ditambahkan juga...semisal udang sih cocok saja. Makin banyak topping makin lezat juga kan. Kalau soal praktis, pastinya ya walau saya tetap konsisten dengan memilih pasta dan saus segar yang lebih aromatik hehehe.... At least, this is a great choice bagi penggemar pasta atau spaghetti yang tak mau ribet berurusan di dapur dan butuh efisiensi waktu plus menjadi sebuah pengalaman 'rasa' bagi yang belajar memasak spaghetti. Not to instant your enthusiasm but longer the flavors you could get...
