Sweet Martabak / Martabak Manis - Terang Bulan



 a food that melted your heart (as connotation melted of chocolate), or, a food that fondle your chocolate spot. Yes, it is! Popular, it also added in one brand of this yummy snack, street food, no matter is! Martabak Terang Bulan, how this food is named in Indonesia. Martabak manis, kue Bandung, kue Bulan is kind of other spelled by different regions. The name of Martabak itself, refers to its twins, which is consist of full of meat, slice of leeks or vegetable, egg used and fried in super wide pan that cut into same square size. And this sweet, is also being the loyal companion menu to be a duo in selling and the same cut action, that's why it also named Martabak Manis (Sweet Martabak). Yet, Kue Terang Bulan might be represented the shape of this food to the full moon, and because it commonly sold in the night.

Consist of melted chocolate that trapped in the middle like a sandwich filling, while in bite you can gain a full of juicy buttery and fluffy dough with crispy skin and droll into heaven for the yummy chocolate.
