Snack Time! Bread, Cake and Tofu Pudding

So, Mom gave me a chance to let the camera eat first! lol~ just before the waiting hands behind me ready to grab to all of this! She bought the pudding from her acquaintances, while I do hoping she could made it by herself that makes it more yummier! Well, she did, only argued there was no time for giving these smooth baby to birth (sorry, driven away in imagination). 

Today snack:

Spikoe Cake (Double Butter Cake with Raisin)

Fried Bread with salty salad in filling

Tofu Pudding 
Orange Tofu Pudding (because the syrup)

These -milky, smooth, firm like a tofu, have a soda scent and joining in the fresh and sweet fruits soup- pudding are usually served at Chinese-style weddings as a dessert. Because of the moisture, it easy to fragile and melt directly inside your mouth. The right composition determine the good result for those above criteria or otherwise you may find a more chewy, less of flavor or indeed, too watery, much sense of the bitterness and the worst, lost its firm shape. 

A pretty classic look which turns into glamorous when it swimming to the sweet and fresh fruit soup, that's how I would see so far to modern 'Douhua' for its essential existence in the party or celebration treat. Imagine it (oh yeah, I start again) as a group of musician whose fascinated everyone to enjoys their show like a royal feast. A feast for an a prince and princess who celebrate their loving journey, or a thankful emperor who have long-lasting life in his shining outfit, in a music performance showing you a solid harmonization of feelings (which played by loyal members) such sweet (longan, lychee), sour (pineapple), fresh (grape), typical tone-d (cherry, papaya) even additional members such pearls, chewy fiber, jelly would drunk you to the feast.
