Bibimbap (Photo)


Nah, I don't think this one needed an introduction since it has been well-known for almost Korean food lovers or universal foodie in the world. Yeah with the craving of Korean stuff these days, we got easier to find any Korean -Asian restaurants and these such of dishes. Healthy, yummy, distinctively for served in a bowl with ingredients form a circle following the bowl shape and by usually putting the egg in the center like we sees a miniature of sun, which that showing us how colorful and harmony these dish can have. And what we do then are mixing them together , probably it's like a pretty chaos, then enjoying the bursting scent of layers of delectable flavors we can get in. I also love the idea of how much the vegetable used here, to still feel the freshness, crunchy side and the natural flavor they delivered, to join with simple Korean spices. Really, if they're a human, we could see how enormous of confidence they have, for a harmony they offered. I know there's a lot of "true" version of Bibimbap, and sure enough that everyone knows and eat it more than me. So, this is my homemade version and still keeping the same flavor like else.























I believe it is better to use all fresh ingredients, and to imagined ourselves eating nothing but fresh is always giving good feeling.
